According to the website A Vendre A Louer, mortgage interest rates and rents across the country are down.

Spring 2012 seems to be a good time for house buying. During the last two months prices have stabilized and the overall loan rates have been on the decline. Also encouraging is the fact that the injection of 1,000 billion euros by the European Central Bank, has somewhat the reassured financial markets.

There’s also good news for potential renters too as the financial crisis continues to put pressure on rental values.

Selon EM&C Daily, Google vient d’annoncer qu’il est en train d’introduire de nouveaux paramètres pour la publicité en ligne.

Leur objectif est d’être en mesure d’informer les annonceurs en ligne qui a vu leurs publicités, quel pourcentage de l’annonce qu’ils ont vu, pendant combien de temps ils l’ont vu, et ce qu’ils en pensaient.

Google croit que nous allons voir une mutation majeure de la publicité télévisée vers la publicité en ligne dans les prochaines années.

According to EM&C Daily, Google has just announced it’s plans to introduce new metrics for online advertising.
Their objective is to be able to inform online advertisers who has seen their advertisements, how much of the advertisement they saw, how long they saw it for, and what they thought about it.

Google believes that we will see a major shift from television advertising to online advertising in the coming years.
